日本郵便・ヤマト運輸、各種配送サービスのいずれかでお送りさせていただきます。
Orders will be shipped via Japan Post, Yamato Transport, or other available delivery services.

配送料金
Shipping Fees

離島を除き、送料は全国一律税込850円です。
※北海道、沖縄や離島への配送は1,200円となります。
Shipping fee is a flat rate of 850 JPY (tax included) nationwide, excluding remote islands.
For Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, the fee is 1,200 JPY.

配送タイミング
Shipping Timing

お支払い確認後、通常販売商品は1~2営業日以内に発送致します。
※予約商品は発売日の当日または発売日から1~2営業日以内発送致します。
※予約商品は予告なく変更される場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
Items will be shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Pre-order items will be shipped on the release date or within 1–2 business days after release.
Release dates may change without prior notice.

配送について
About Delivery

お荷物のサイズによりお客様のポストへ投函されます。
希少商品が多い為、住所の入力間違いによる再配達は行いません。ご注意ください。
Depending on the package size, items may be delivered to your mailbox.
Due to the limited nature of many items, redelivery due to incorrect address entry will not be arranged.

在庫について
Stock Availability

常に在庫数が変動する流動在庫であるため、ご注文のタイミングによっては欠品等により商品がご用意できない場合がございます。
万が一、商品がご用意できなかった場合は、該当商品のみ注文をキャンセルさせていただきます。
欠品等を理由としたキャンセルにより、商品合計額が送料無料額を下回った場合でも送料は頂きません。
在庫数に関するお問い合わせについてはお答えいたしかねますのでご了承ください。
また、店頭販売併用商品の為、タイミングによっては売り切れとなる場合がございますので、大変恐縮ではございますが、予めご了承ください。
Stock levels are constantly changing, and depending on the timing of your order, items may become unavailable.
If an item cannot be prepared, only that item will be canceled.
If the total amount falls below the free shipping threshold due to cancellation, shipping fees will not be charged.
We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding stock quantities.
As items are also sold in physical stores, they may sell out depending on timing.

返品・キャンセルについて

【返品・キャンセル規定】
ご注文完了後、お客様の都合による商品の返品、交換、キャンセルはお受けしておりませんので、予めご了承ください。

【予約規定】
誠に恐縮ですが、取り扱う製品の性質上、原則としてお客さま都合による注文キャンセルはできません。
入荷が不可能と判明した場合は、お客さまへメールにてご連絡のうえ、注文はキャンセルとさせていただきます。
また上記確認には、通常は１～２週間ほど時間がかかりますが、場合によっては、商品発売間際まで時間がかかることもあります。
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience are not accepted after an order is completed.

Due to the nature of pre-order items, cancellations are generally not accepted.
If procurement becomes impossible, the order will be canceled and you will be notified by email.
Confirmation may take 1–2 weeks or longer, sometimes until just before the release date.

いたずら注文等と判断した場合
Fraudulent or Malicious Orders

1. いたずら注文等により、当店や業務提携先、及び第三者様へ損害を与えた場合、損害賠償額の請求、警察へ刑事告訴、裁判所で法的手続きを取らせていただきます。
2. 個人情報、IPアドレス(ホストアドレスを控えさせていただいております)を、関係機関へ被害報告し、損害賠償額を請求させていただきます。
3. 期日までにお支払いのない際には、警察に刑事告訴させていただき法的手段により損害賠償額を請求させていただきます。
If an order is deemed fraudulent or malicious and causes damage, we may seek compensation, file criminal charges, and pursue legal action.
Personal information and IP addresses may be reported to relevant authorities.
Failure to pay by the due date may result in legal action.

当店の不備による返品について
Returns Due to Our Fault

商品発送の点検は十分致しておりますが、万一不良品またはご注文と異なる商品がお手元に届きました場合はお手数ではございますが当店へご連絡をお願いいたします。
なお、その際は手続きにかかる手数料や送料などを全て弊社で負担いたします。
商品発送の点検は十分いたしておりますが、万が一配送中の破損、不良品、お届け間違い等が発生した場合は商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
弊社都合によるご返品時に生じた配送料は当社にて負担いたします。
尚、以下の場合はご返品対応を承りかねます。
・商品到着後8日以上経過した後のご連絡
・事前にご連絡のないご返送
・お客様のお手元でキズまたは破損が生じた商品
・不良品以外のお客様都合によるご依頼
