Series: Japanese Cities - Enjoy Japan with Puzzles
New additions to the popular Japanese landscape series are here.
We've created jigsaw puzzles featuring famous local attractions, including landscapes and objects related to each region, as recognized by local residents.
There are many famous things that are well-known to people from or living in a particular place.
Everyone has something they'd like to enjoy in a puzzle – whether it's a place, an object, food, or customs that are unique to that location.
This series selects such items.
Mount Fuji, a famous peak. One of the charms of Mount Fuji seen from Numazu is the view from sea level to the summit.
Another is the Hōei crater (the indented part on the right side of Mount Fuji, formed by the Great Hōei Eruption, the largest flank volcano of Mount Fuji) visible over Mount Ashitaka in front of Mount Fuji.
Numazu City, blessed with magnificent views of Mount Fuji and abundant seafood, can be called a "dried fish town" due to its thriving production of dried fish.
Geographical conditions such as the high-quality and abundant spring water from Mount Fuji, strong sea breezes, and Numazu's mild climate are said to have led to the success of "Numazu's dried fish."
