A coaster-shaped talk game that reveals unexpected sides of others, regardless of hierarchy.
"Bureiko" means a "banquet enjoyed without regard to hierarchy or status."
"Bureikoster" is a coaster-shaped talk game developed to achieve this.
With 30 carefully selected talk themes unrelated to work, such as "Five minutes until wake-up time, but you still hit snooze" or "You can point out nose hair to someone,"
everyone can participate in the conversation fairly with simple rules, creating a space where "psychological safety" is maintained, free from hierarchical relationships.
Additionally, with easy-to-follow rules and talk themes that encourage "self-disclosure," it draws out each other's values and personalities,
creating "high-quality small talk" essential for team building.
