From "Kaiju No. 8," a popular series known for its impactful kaiju battles and new type of hero, Mina Ashiro has been sculpted into a 1/18 scale figure!
In a world where kaiju constantly threaten people, she serves as the captain of the Japan Defense Force's Third Division at a young age, tasked with subjugating kaiju. She is also Kafka Hibino's childhood friend, with whom she shared the ambition to "exterminate all kaiju" when they were children.
Based on her appearance calmly facing a kaiju with her dedicated large firearm, we aimed to replicate the power depicted in the series by deforming her armaments to their maximum size. Alongside her is "Bactra," her partner, creating a powerful presence that conveys her overwhelming combat ability despite the static pose! The meticulously crafted details, from her combat suit and the armament capable of piercing the core of a main beast to the debris at her feet, heighten the sense of tension in confronting formidable kaiju.
Bring home Mina Ashiro, who, beneath her aloof demeanor, harbors a passion for dedicating her life to kaiju subjugation to protect people, brought to life through Kaiyodo's unique sculpting expression!
