Venture into the Mad Sorcerer's Labyrinth with your own objectives! This game is based on Ginichiro Suzuki's masterpiece card game "Monster Maker," and adapted by Seiji Kanai, who has created many hit games, to allow players to enjoy the world of Ryoko Kui's masterpiece comic "Delicious in Dungeon." "Monster Eater" is a competitive game where each player controls their own adventurer party, traversing the labyrinth ruled by the "Mad Sorcerer" and competing for victory points.
Use your adventurer party's abilities to navigate the labyrinth, and send monsters to opponents who are progressing smoothly.
A major feature of this game is the ability to "cook defeated monsters" (and acquiring food is very strict!).
Monsters come in various types, such as those that are "weak but advantageous when cooked" or "strong but cannot be cooked."
Depending on the monster, it might even be an option to have it appear in your own labyrinth. In addition to many monsters, the game features mysterious labyrinth effects and items that enhance the adventure, making fans of the original "Delicious in Dungeon" crack a smile.
Furthermore, the package illustration and 28 character cards are newly drawn by the original author, Ryoko Kui!
Of course, even those who haven't read the original comic can enjoy the game without any problems.
However, if you enjoyed the game, we highly recommend reading the original!
