The setting is "Planet B", a planet that has become a new habitable zone replacing Earth, in the not-so-distant future.
Players become corrupt governors and engage in various activities and machinations, colluding with specific corporations,
By gathering workers and building and operating facilities, they earn operating funds and materials.
Then, literally "put the wads of cash you've earned into your pocket"!
The goal of this game is not status or honor, but only the money in your hands.

In this game, an election for president occurs every round, but even that is just a means to get money.
If you can become president, you can make laws as you wish,
and proceed with the game even more advantageously.
