Released in 1964, the Isuzu Bellett 1600GT vied with the Skyline for the title of "Japan's First GT." Its European-style design and advanced mechanisms like independent four-wheel suspension garnered attention, earning it the nickname "Belle G" and making it a revered presence among car enthusiasts of the time. In '69, the most powerful version, the 1600GTR (GT type R depending on the model year), appeared, equipped with the G161 DOHC engine from the previously released 117 Coupe. As a symbol of the good old '60s culture, it is still supported by enthusiastic fans. TLV has been producing Belle G models since 2013. The GT type R features the final front mask from 1971 onwards, and its distinctive orange metallic body color was also offered in its final period.
The roof antenna, a symbol of the Belle G, is also reproduced with user-attachable parts. Collect the original GT, which celebrates its 60th anniversary. [Responsibility: Tomytec] ●Highlights●
