(2) Features sporty cruising models (3) The first-generation Cefiro (A31), a popular FR sports sedan overseas, appeared in 1988, targeting the "DINKS" demographic, which was a hot topic at the time. It was a sophisticated car, with no clear grade divisions, allowing owners to freely combine engines, interiors, and exteriors (Cefiro Coordination), and styling such as headlights covered with crystal covers. Later, leveraging its FR layout, it became popular as a base car for drifting both in Japan and overseas, alongside the Laurel (C33) and Silvia (S13) of the same era. Even now in 2024, approximately 30 years after it was replaced by the second generation, the popularity of the first generation has not waned. TLV-NEO has released chassis for the C33 Laurel and R32 Skyline, which are considered sister cars, but now the A31 Cefiro is being released with entirely new molds. This time, we will be releasing a cruising model of the mid-period (1990-1992 production) equipped with the RB20DET engine.
