The Y30 Cedric/Gloria, born in 1983, was revamped with the highlight of being the first domestic passenger car to feature a V6 engine. While retaining the popular image of its predecessor, the exterior extended the wheelbase and expanded the interior dimensions, marking a progression as a luxury car of the 1980s. The following year, 1984, saw the addition of the Brougham VIP as the top-of-the-line model, featuring a V6 3000cc turbo specification previously installed in the Fairlady Z. It underwent minor improvements, and in 1985, the exterior also underwent significant changes. Its even more luxurious appearance could be considered the pinnacle of Japanese luxury cars of its time.
TLV-NEO has been developing the Y30 Cedric/Gloria since 2017. In particular, we have been productizing both early and late model 4-door hardtops. This time, we are adding the Brougham VIP, a late model Cedric, with newly produced wheels.
The Brougham VIP comes in a black body color, and the gold lines exclusive to the VIP model stand out prominently.
