You are a budding reporter.
You visit Mie to participate in the "Miketsukuni Eikou Competition" (or "Mie Con" for short), a media article competition hosted by the Mie Shimbun with the theme of Mie.
During the day, you'll travel around various places on your motorcycle to gather information about Mie's attractions, and at night, you'll live a camping life while creating articles.
